My work usually starts with interviews, market context and competitor research. From there, I define the problem and carry the thinking into content, experience and visual decisions.

Short trips should feel short.

HOP began as a city-wide mobility idea. Research made the weak points clear, so I narrowed the concept to campuses and townships, where safety, availability and parking could be supported more credibly.
HOP is an academic project. It has not been launched or piloted, and no adoption or business-impact claims are made.
HOP / The shift
For trips of roughly 1–5 km, people wanted convenience without the setup and uncertainty that can come with shared mobility. An open-city service made availability, road safety, parking and maintenance difficult to promise.
First frame
Broad reach, but too many conditions outside the service’s control.
Reframed direction
Defined environments where the service could be easier to find, use and return.
HOP / From insight to interface
The service was organised around four moments: choosing a cycle, locating it, riding and returning it. The interface keeps battery, distance, navigation and parking visible when each detail is useful.
Distance and battery help the rider pick without opening several screens.
Navigation reduces the gap between seeing availability and reaching the cycle.
The ride view holds only the information needed while moving.
Defined parking and a clear trip summary make the end of the journey unambiguous.

A two-sided platform for people looking for creative events and for the hosts and venues organising them. The project focused on how each side discovers opportunities, shares information and builds a local network.
UX research, product strategy, information architecture and user flows. I led the UI and high-fidelity design.
Two designers, working across audience journeys for attendees, hosts and venues.
Community-led discovery and host-side growth shaped the concept. Monetisation remained a hypothesis, not a tested outcome.
Experience
Three internships gave me different views of how organisations communicate: through brand assets, sales conversations and corporate messaging.
Visit Health
Created brand and marketing assets for digital and print channels, applying the visual identity consistently across formats.
TravClan Technology India Pvt. Ltd.

ONGC
Worked on communication material for internal and external audiences.
About
I studied journalism before moving into communication design. That mix still shapes how I work: listen closely, check the context, and make the idea easy to understand. I’m interested in roles that connect audience research with brand, marketing and creative decisions.
